The last book I am reading.

While surfing on the net, as I do from Monday to Friday from my work, sometimes often confronted with great finds, I like reading, and discovered a book I had heard mentioned before in “El Buho Rojo”, a cultural association here in Peru, my country where I am.
The book in question is The Selfish Gene, by Richard Dawkins, he is an ethologist, zoologist from Kenya and he defends Darwin’s evolutionary theory, therefore, he is a neo-Darwinist, this book tries to explain the biological basis of human behavior. Despite that he wrote this book in 1976, this book is not so new, he simply does not discover anything new, he wants to vindicate Darwin’s theory, it does it in a simple, didactic and trained while being a maverick.
The curious point of view of the author, is like one hand is an approach to the concept of the gene, and talks about biology, explains why for him, selfishness is part of human nature. It is a book that I recommend, try to read with an open mind.
The author includes a video about one of the chapters of the book. “nice guys finish first.”
if you have any comments which have already read it or discuss it, I hope we can contact, but that in simple language, avoiding complex discussion, because science can also be simple and even fun.
